-King & Fowler uses a web-enabled planning & control system, AeroDNA, which can allow customers to track order status online, review key performance measures and request Fast Track delivery dates.
-The commercial strategy of King & Fowler is to develop partnerships with large 1st tier customers and provide key account management services which include dedicated account managers, pre-agreed service levels, allocated capacity, key account review meetings and regular transport.
